Sa victime est l&rsquo;As Anglais James DAWE (8 victoires).<\/p><p>Le 26 juin 1918 (25\u00e8me victoire)<br \/>Il abat un Sopwith Camel pilot\u00e9 par l&rsquo;As Canadien Edward EATON (5 victoires)<\/p><p>Les 25 ao\u00fbt et 24 septembre, Fritz Rumey est bless\u00e9 au combat.<\/p><p>Le 27 septembre 1918, au-dessus de NEUVILLE SAINT-R\u00c9MY, son Fokker DR VII est gravement endommag\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une collision en plein vol avec un SE.5a aux commandes duquel se trouve le Lieutenant Sud-Africain George LAWSON (6 victoires)<\/p><p>Rumey est contraint \u00e0 sauter de son avion en parachute mais celui-ci ne s&rsquo;ouvre pas &#8230;<\/p><p>LAWSON surv\u00e9cut \u00e0 l&rsquo;accident.
